We hold all required General Contractor licenses for the areas we serve and carry General Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1 million in coverage, adjusting as needed based on project requirements. Absolutely! We frequently work with homeowners shortly after they move in to help transform their new space into the perfect place. Yes, we require a 50% deposit due at scheduling for any project with a total anticipated cost of more than $2,000. For any remodeling project, we require a 35% deposit due at contract signing/scheduling.
